A total lunar eclipse will occur on March 13-14, 2025, and will be visible across North America and parts of South America, Europe, and East Asia. During this event, the moon will appear red for about 65 minutes, a phenomenon often referred to as a “blood moon.”  Look to the western sky on the night of the eclipse for a glimpse of planets Jupiter and Mars.
